About Laurel
I became a therapist because I believe people are more resilient than they’ve been told — and that with the right support, real change is possible.
I’m Laurel Cepero, LPCC, a Denver therapist working with older teens, adult women, and genderqueer individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity. My approach is integrative and collaborative: I draw on EMDR, somatic awareness, and parts work, asking a lot of questions, paying attention to what your body is doing, and trusting that you already carry much of the wisdom we’ll work with together.
I’m based in Denver and deeply rooted in Colorado’s outdoor community. That landscape — the patience it asks for, the presence it demands — shapes how I think about healing.
